The Dengates Farm Stall, situated on the A268 in Rye Foreign, East Sussex, was established in 2003 by David and Susannah Dengate.

​

The family-run business sells seasonal, home-grown produce, harvesting a range of fruit and vegetables on a daily basis.

​

David and Susannah are continuing a tradition in the farming / greengrocery business, which has been passed down through several generations of the Dengate family. Most recently, David's parents, Dick and Irene Dengate farmed at Wittersham from the 1960s onwards, supplying local independent supermarket, Jempsons with seasonal produce.


* Vegetables include asparagus, salads, mange tout, french, broad and runner beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, courgettes, spring onions, spinach, chard, carrots, cabbage, kale, beetroot, leeks, potatoes, pumpkins, squash. 
* Fruit includes apples, pears, plums, strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants. 
* Other produce - free range eggs, logs, kindling, flowers, Christmas trees, Christmas wreaths, gift hampers, chutneys and jams made with our own produce, and our very own range of apple juice - up to 8 varieties available.
